“I found HeadTrauma at a bridal show about a year and a half before my wedding. Carson, the owner, was at the show and he was so nice and just really seemed like he would be nice to work with. We were not disappointed! My husband and I both work crazy schedules and Carson was very flexible with us; he let us do our first meeting right over the phone since that was the easiest and most practical way for us. He was very informative about all of the packages that they had available and was patient with us as we worked through all of the questions we had. Right before the wedding, Carson met up with my husband and I in person and went through some very detailed questions regarding our special day. We went through which types of music we would want to play during the reception, which songs we wanted during our ceremony, and songs that we wanted to play during our special moments during the reception, like the cake cutting and bouquet toss. He also helped us plan out a timeline and schedule for the day of the wedding. When our meeting was finished, he typed up all of the information he collected from us and created a giant master schedule that he emailed to us so we could have it for ourselves as well as our other vendors. He was a wonderful DJ - he created such a fun atmosphere and we had a blast. He was polite, helpful, and always available when we had questions.
